Primal Tribe's Ravenous Fight Crew does it again!

Brendon Raftery, Jake Hayes and Mike Renteria were all victorious at Saturday nights Xtreme Fight Series in Boise, Idaho.

Mike Renteria (2-1) took the fight to the ground and used his guard to control his opponent and quickly work in a triangle choke.

Brendon Raftery (2-0) got his head stuck in a headlock for a brief time as he took the fight to the ground, but wasted little time once he escaped the hold. He maintained side control then transitioned to the mount. From there he dropped several punches straight to the head and finished with devastating elbow strikes.

Jake Hayes (2-0) had a 3 round war with a very awkward opponent that threw backfists and karate style jumping kicks that occasionally connected. Jake picked him apart with technical striking but found himself on the bottom a couple of times as he was trying to sink in a rear choke. Jake was mentally able to deal with 2 kicks to the groin and continue on for what I thought was a unaminous decision, but they awarded him with a majority draw. Tough wins like these develop champions!
